Party Planning FAQs

  • Do you offer different shipping options?
    We offer different shipping options, please make sure to specify that you need your order shipped when placing your order. Also, if you are in the local Atlanta area and would prefer delivery service options please make sure you let us know. You can email us with your order number at info@daydreamatl.com to discuss shipping/delivery options.
  • How long will it take for me to receive my order?
    We understand that projects have varying due dates, so we don’t enforce a standard turnaround time. However, please note that weekend and holidays are not included in our turnaround time calculation. We ask that you place your order at least two weeks in advance. We consider Monday to Friday as business days. If your order needs to be completed within 5 business days, we kindly request you to contact us before placing the order. Because this will be considered a rush order and additional fees will apply. For orders that need to be shipped, we prioritize and complete them based on the receive/deliver by date indicated on the order when it is submitted. Proofs are delivered during the week preceding your due date, excluding rush orders placed the same week needed. Unless is an extreme rush order, you can expect to receive your digital order proofs within 3 business days of your due date. It's important to set the digital file due dates early enough to allow for your printing or production needs as specified.

  • Do you have a return/exchange policy?
    Once the design phase has begun there will be no refunds. Due to the digital and customization of our items we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges under any circumstances. Please be mindful and pay attention to correct any errors sent to you when you approve your proofs.
  • I don't see the item I need on your online store, can I order a custom item?
    Yes, please click our "Contact" tab to complete an our order form and we will contact you about your custom item.
  • What Event Services Do You Offer?
    Full Event Design – A dream concept with sourced décor and details to bring your vision to life. Table Styling – Elegant table settings that will leave your guests in awe. Perfect for dinner parties at restaurants or your chosen venue. Can also style the tables at your kids parties. Focal/Main Area Design – We design the main attraction for your event.
  • How far in advance should I book?
    We highly recommend that you book as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee the availability of the date until a deposit is received. Three to four months in advance is ideal.
  • Event Branding
    Event planning for your brand/business. This could be custom items for your event or curated planning services for your event to leave a lasting business impact.
